Karon Cunningham Miniatures sell miniature collectables both online and at trade shows all over the world. The overall feel and look of the site had to be luxurious and classic both reflecting the product she is selling as well as appealing to the target audience.
We took on this redesign project in late 2013 and launched the site in early 2014. The site contains over 1000 products and has sold many since the launch. With an average bounce rate of 40% we’re particularly pleased that Karon’s site is going so well. Since we launched the new site in 2014 we’ve given the site a refresh due to data we’ve been collecting on website usage and usability testing. We continue to maintain the website on a monthly basis as well as Karon’s social media presence.

From day one of the site’s launch my customer base has increased along with my sales. Regularly I receive comments from customers on how they like the look and feel when browsing. This is very important to me as my business is serving a recreational sector, there is no hard selling involved. If they don’t like what they see, they won’t buy it! I am supported by after care maintenance which frees my time up to concentrate on growing my business.
